Professional army by 2010

I disagree. The Serbian Army needs a large enough force to deter threats efficiently and successfully, and have the technology to do it and train as many people as possible.

No money in the army today? Well put some in-Serbia is making more money every year, but it seems the amount the army gets is always the same.

In the USA, the military is the forefront not only of defense and action policies, but new technologies are discovered for military (then civilian) purposes, and that in turn produces money.

Do not underestimate the Armed Forces of Serbia and do not underestimate the need to have them in these times.
