New British Foreign Secretary David Miliband insisted Sunday the United States was still Britain's number one ally.

Milliband says "With a new Brown government, some people are looking for evidence that our alliance is breaking up. There isn't any and there won't be any,"
- the irony is that it is fellow Governmental Ministers who make up the cabinet of Govt. that are the "ones" who have created the mixed message that infact the "Bush poodle" ear has in fact ended. Sure the US-UK relationship will be close but it's evident that the UK will no longer just toe along!
