Unfortunately, a military ia a killing machine. We've seen what happened in Bosnia a few years ago, and what is going on in Irak with the GI whose moto is: BORN TO KILL!

Military education is without rules on a war field. Many of these guys who are without education do as they like and the officers are afraid of them and their friends.

If these officers will serve with honor the Serbian Army will be a professional organization.Congratulations and good luck.

Congratulations to the new Serbian officers. It is with great pride to see that Serbia is becoming a modern day nation in all respects.

Now is the time for NATO to totally disband the criminal KLA in Pristina. If they want Kosovo to unify with the EU, it is in the region's security interests to rid the Balkans of these terrorists and war criminals. Start with Ceku and Thaci and so on...............but wait, if NATO placed these criminals in power, how would that look to the world?

Pan, these new new officers had nothing to do with Milosevic's para-military. It's been 8 years, these young men were in their teens then. But Pan, why don't you complain about Ceku being setup by NATO to help run Kosovo? He has war criminal histories in Krajna and with the terrorist KLA. Please judge both sides if you want your comment to be honored.

Many of your comments are indeed edited/removed because they contain personal insults toward other posters or profanities. Such comments should be removed immediately, but we invest extra time in weeding out the inappropriate and still allowing you to express your opinion. This goes for many of our posters, advocating different sides in the unfortunate conflict Serbs and Albanians find themselves in.

While we do not allow entire ethnic groups being branded, however, walking a thin line between moderation and censorship, we will allow comments pertaining to public figures especially if backed up by credible sources, as many here have done to refer to political leadership in Belgrade and Priština, and indeed Washington and Brussels. Needless to say, this is a difficult task and mistakes are made.

We invite our posters to take part in the new system introduced today, which ought to help raise the quality of comments, and as ever, we ask everyone to keep their reactions within a reasonable, civil and tolerant debate.
