Yes this person recognized that southern serbia is about to split because serbs failed to recognize them as part of yugoslavia and add them to the list of development.

Southern serbia: Sanxhak, the whole Preshevo Valley-Med. Bunja..and Vojvodina all need to declare their independence from belgrade-serbs. In fact, for the 68% of the serb people who DO NOT VOTE, belgrade serbs have failed them too, and these serbs need to have a referendum for separation from the idiots in belgrade who have driven the 'good name of serbia' into the ground, forever equating all Serbian people with genocide, ethnic cleansing, mass graves and racism/prejudice/hate of the other kind and ugly nationalism.
