U.S. Ford to buy Romanian car plant

Ford Motor Co. has been selected as the buyer of a majority stake in a Craiova car plant, officials said Friday.

Ford is loosing billions of dollars, closing several plants in the US, selling off its assets to stay afloat but now it wants to buy a Romanian car plant? How is that going to turn around this sinking ship and where are they going to find the money?
