How absurd of this girl who thinks that anything bad happening anywhere has to be paralleled to the notion of Albanian. I thought of skipping the usual Kosova bloggers for a change and have a look of what the Serbs think they should do about their most famous war criminal but to no avail. There she is again pointing her finger as usual you know where. You might be glad for the attention that you are getting but I think it is all for the wrong reasons.

I know that the USA do not recognize the IC but you'll have to admit that their soldiers who abused civilians are put on trial and go to jail. It is the case for the soldiers who participated in the My Lai massacre or the abuses made by a few at Abu Ghraib. Unfortunately, all the soldiers who participated in crimes and atrocities in Bosnia are just as free as you! A few officers have been condemned and they will be out in 10 years, if not before.

The American laws are more strict that the ICT.

Victor - what then of the many Albanians who have stood by an indicted war criminal openly living and working within the government of Kosovo??
So many double standards!

Victor says…“Of course the family knows where Ratko is hiding. For years they have participated in his hiding and all should be sued for this.”
Since you are so sure about this, you should leave Quebec and join the French Foreign Legion, Victor, just like Croatia's former lieutenant general Ante Gotovina did. Victor, leave your computer behind, go and seek your fortune and fame, and find Mladic.

If Mladic wishes to avoid prosecution, he should acquire an American passport, which grants the holder immunity from war crimes prosecution at the Hague. You can do whatever you like in a war, like the Americans have in Afghanistan or Iraq, and they can't touch you for it. I'm no lawyer, but I am very impressed with how a US passport means that the holder can be above international law, whether at My Lai or Abu Ghraib. There is 'international law' and there is a US passport, and the two are mutually exclusive.

Of course the family knows where Ratko is hiding. For years they have participated in his hiding and all should be sued for this. A mandate should be issued for their arrest. It is criminal to help an alleged criminal. Mrs Del Ponte is too lenient.
