Davis backs integrity of CoE members

The rule of law will undoubtedly be followed by the legalist Europeans.There is no other alternative at this point for governing.

I don’t wish to be pretentious here or full of myself but Mr. Davis who represents the Council of Europe (CoE) supports “territorial integrity of all CoE member states” needs to be applauded. His position indicates a high IQ and a proportionately a high level of common sense. He understands the Pandora Box at work when international law is applied selectively. He is using his intelligence knowing full well if you can’t have some common sense and know how to lead, manage, direct you give a green light to every tin pot nationalist that wants rights for himself/herself but denies these same rights to others. These tin pot nationalists are like Puritans who went to America seeking religious freedom but the first thing that they did in America is pass laws denying people of other faiths their religious freedom I hope Mr. Davies tells the CoE that it was NATO’s and European arrogance, with their unilateral action and self interest that led to the present crisis in Kosovo. He knows that the policies to breakup of Yugoslavia were mistakes done by design to provide one more step in America’s national security strategy which calls for domination of friends and enemies alike.

It’s one thing to think positively and refuse the thought that past mistakes were not made --it is quite another to think that selective application of international law will not be a lighthouse for other would be clan leaders. America thrives on conflict, at least her war industries are fueled by conflict, and if you examine America’s foreign
policy since WWII we have not had a single year of peace.

All of us need to see our views as others see them and than we can use evidence to refute or accept what the others say. As I read and respond to some articles on B92 while watching the tribute to Princess Diana on TV I am thinking that it would be wonderful if we all could share in the message of the performers and apply the message on a personal level to the human family and ignore the elitism of the “princess” which she ignored but could not escape. As Andrea Boichelli, a blind man, said after his performance she will be remembered because she was close to the common people and that is what all of us and our neighbors need to be close to the common people and celebrate our similarities and learn from our differences. . If a blind man can see this what is our excuse?

Davis can back integrity of CoE members till UN SC brings other decision or recommendation... Or, what is Davis thinking about integrity of SFRY, FRY, Union of Serbia and MN,... They were once, but not any more and Kosovo is last part which has to break away... This break away started and will finish with Kosovo.

don't be so sure... Serbia can never agree, but it is not in a possition to stop it...
And, what is more important, will of 2 mil Kosovars is not asking permission of/from Serbia...
