According to me, she is not a poor lady. She is the wife of a dangerous war criminal and should have been arrested and sent to jail. Possibly, them her husband would have turned himself in.
She certainly knew that her husband had given the order to rape all Bosnian women, that he was an active member of a joint criminal enterprise to kill the Muslims and create a New State for all Serbs. She knew all this and for this simple reason she is guilty, just as guilty as him.

Then, it will be find Karadzic...and, even if they somehow get Radovan extradited it will be something ridiculous like - now you must make Sandzak and autonomous region within Serbia and let Vojvodina declare independence. Don't give them anything...you will be in the same place.
