It's a bit difficult for Serbia to give up these "war criminals" when they're in Bosnia which is being "governed" the UN.

Go figure!

Victor,

this was my point as well, but I presented it from the point of view how Ms.Del Ponte through her reports was very confusing and she was playing the game 'hot-cold' depending on daily politics and thinking over her personal reputation... It is very clear that Serbia has to pay back for never ended negotiations. Serbia in this case should have supportive role for arrest of war criminals otherwise why to be engaged, even more when Serbia all the times declares for not being involved in those wars and crimes...

Dane, there is no explanation to ask. The problematic is clear: the ball is on 'le camp' des Serbs ! Sorry, I do not know the expression in English. It is up to the Serbs to fulfill their international obligations.

Mladic first; and we'll see after.

Well, weell the Serbs will not like this news. Already they were celebrating thinking that the no cooperation in the Mladic case payed off, case forgotten and the association agreement is a done deal, just a quick formality.

I hope that some EU parlamentars will ask explanations from Del Ponte about confusions at her competences she showed last weeks.
Her reports were confusing all the time when Serbia was like cooperating very good and suddenly after 1-2 weeks EU had to stop further talks...
If Serbia is good partner of her, why is Serbia still negotiating with Hague Tribunal, even more when Serbia is released from the accusations for genocid in all exYu countries including Kosovo?!
Serbia can be partner of Del Ponte, but not of Hague Tribunal. Partnership in this specific topic must exclude negotiations, especially long negotiations without results...
