Can you imagine if croatia did something like this? They would have to put almost the whole country in jail, including the 60,000 Nazis that attended the Thompson concert. It just goes to show you what kind of country Serbia is, and what kind of country croatia is.

Actually Zoran, that is what the lawsuit appears to be about.

That being said, I do strongly agree with the intent of your post. All the PC movement does is to strengthen the power and affect of hate speech.

So much for FREE SPEECH! Only slander should be censored, hate speech or hate crimes is in the eye of the beholder and is nothing more than PC BS. law should be non emotional, even handed and just. Saying hate crime this, hate speech that brings up strong emotions that lead to injustice. Don't get me wrong, I hate Nazis but I hate injustice and the taking of personal freedom even more.
