Turkish coffee is probably the best thing that ever happened to Serbia, and for that we truly owe Turkey a big thank you. Other then that, we were freed from the Ottoman Empire a very long time ago, its time to let that whole crazy issue go…

AND, Kurds clearly should be in line first to get Independence. Those poor people need a country of their own. They are the only stable region in Iraq. Turkey doesn't even acknowledge the genocide against the Armenians, they have a long way to go to join the civilized nations of the earth.

BRAVO TADIC!!!!! You are the man of the hour. Keep up the damn fine work!!!!!

I am sure that Serbs have their grievances against Turkey but history has placed them in a position where they must cooperate just like Albanians and Serbs must cooperate. The region has many stakeholders and each stakeholder needs to be consulted if consensus is to be reached. Turkey like Serbia has its problems with separatism as exemplified by the Question Mark poster above. Question Mark forgets or ignores the fact that twenty percent of Turkey's population is Kurdish (12 million). Iraq is 15-20 percent Kurdish; Syria, less than 10 percent; and Iran, 7 percent. Question Mark you have the same right as every other citizen in Serbia which cannot be said of Kurds in Turkey where Kurds are forced to learn the Turkish language and abandon the Kurdish culture. The Turkish army is responsible for burning almost 3,000 Kurdish settlements and displacing two million people. KLA and NATO did the same thing in Kosovo. Kosovo Albanians in Yugoslavia had all the rights of other Yugoslav citizens. I went to many concerts in Canada when Yugoslav cultural groups toured and Albanians were always equally represented. This was also true on the walls of Dubrovnik during the summer festivals. This no longer is the case in Slovenia, Bosnia and Croatia. Kosovo today Kurdistan tomorrow and Turkey needs to be cognizant that the separatist dog that they support today may come back and bite them in the backside tomorrow..

Tadic goes on holiday and sends the bill to the Serbian taxpayers. He is quiet smart when it comes to exploit the regulations. But it is ok for me as long as it is not Republic of Kosovo who is paying.

I wonder what is he going to say to Turkey... "Serbia is a great friend of Turkey, thank you for learning us to make Turkish coffee, learning our ears to like Turkish music". I hope he does nor forget some of the regular xenophobic text published in Serbian newspapers daily about the "evil Turks and their remains (Bosnjaks)"
