Yeah, another example how when an international administration accountable to none rules a country, corruption and inefficency become the main characteristics.

It is about time to leave Kosova to the locals. Postponing independence will only bring more corruption and underground economy.

Of course, the audit is about Schook not about USA as Princip wants to believe.
If Ioan Woollett, a Brit, will be found guilty, will Princip blame it on the country where he lives?

Kosovars don't want corrupt Serbia to be replaced by corrupt internationals. Down with the corruption of every color! Independence now!

This kind of nonsense reminds me of a song by the British rock group THE WHO and it goes something like this"Here comes the new boss-SAME as the old boss"

This is all familiar news but damning all the same if it leads all the way to the deputy!!!

We have already heard last March from the German think tank - Institute for European Politics (IEP);

"The 124-page report blames the bleak prospects for the province's future on the UN administration, the NATO-led KFOR mission and the Europeans' "ostrich" policy. The study outlines mismanagement, corruption, organizational chaos and "organized crime gangs," which have infiltrated significant parts of the KFOR staff. The role of the United States is also deemed counterproductive: The IEP accuses Washington of being involved in helping criminals to flee, "sometimes openly" hindering European investigations into war crimes and training former KLA fighters -- an "obvious" breach of the UN resolution."

While only a few months before in January the UN Former director (Ioan Woollett) of Pristina airport was indicted on suspicion of bribery.

The airport is a source of lucrative jobs (which are very few in any case) and has been in the news before with sackings and a murder associated with bribery for these jobs and the illegal benefits that can be gained from the position. http://kosovo.birn.eu.com/en/1/51/1784/

Maybe the trickle of news is about to become a flood? It would explain the haste of the UN "technocrats" wanting to shift responsibility once and for all onto the EU "technocrats" before the lid was blown well and truly open!!!
