This was an obvious little act of Albanian aggression. What is it with these people? Do they want the whole world to be and speak Albanian?

Victor is probably a recent immigrant to Canada from Croatia. His lack of knowledge in the french language leads be to believe that is claim to be from Quebec is suspect at best. He may in fact be a Croatian residing in Croatia with some family in Quebec which would explain a lot.

I think having more then one official language isn't to complicated. Having these folders printed in both Serbian and Albanian shouldn't be a problem, certainly not one that would lead to conflict. But ofcourse in Serbia the first language should be Serbian, and everything should be at least printed in Serbian. I like to think it was an honest mistake, if not then it's shamefull.

This would be the equivalent of me going to a government office for information or to conduct other business and finding out that everything is printed in SPANISH and nobody speaks English, what an outrage! The individuals responsible should face jail time. I firmly believe that every nation should have only one official language, the US-English Serbia-Serbian and so forth. Yes Victor, I don't think French should be an official language of Canada, but since the French were the first to settle Canada I think Quebec should be independent. I am not Canadian so my say in the matter is mote. I have no problem with people speaking their native tongue however having more than one official language complicates everything and creates divisions which may lead to separatism and violence.
