Bill Clinton invited to Albania

I wonder how many wristwatches Bill Clinton will need to bring with him as replacements?

When he is over there, he can catch up with his KLA buddies and ask how their old sponsor Bin Laden, 'philathropist' for like-minded terror groups, is doing.

Albania becoming very popular in high USA politic circles. Maybe Clinton or Bush will buy some property there in order to be closer to this new World major super power.

Does anybody else find it hilarious that Bill Clinton is the national Hero in Albania, the same guy who lied about his affair and was disgraced world wide and considered an laughing stock? Not satisfied with that he led a illeagal bombing campaign which resulted in the death of 5000 Serbians and basiclly helped the KLA to torment the Serbian population by removal all obstacles I.e VJ.

He will be remebered in future years if the truth comes out that is; for the use of Mass media and it's ability to change the story 180 degrees to make it seem as though it was Albanians were being abused pre 1999! and the not the minority Serbs being kicked out of their own country by the KLA, a terrorist organisation which was 3rd on his Most wanted list.
The CIA even began financing these people and will the US will have a huge amount of money to make by kitting out the entire future Kosovo army with US hardware not to mention the economic implications and US bases set up there.
A true example of Globalisation (overused term i agree) and imperialist measures in order to excert influence over a region.

How long will it take for people to wake up from the lies being sent to them on a daily basis through the media.

Albania can keep him. Take his wife too.

Hope he will not bring along that Monica Lewinsky .... not good for Hilary's presidential prospects .... but I don't think Albanians would mind if he did .... they are predominantly Muslims which allow them to take up to 4 wives .....

Kate....are you asking Nick for insight on the Albanian culture (which by the way is much more secular than most cultures be they Christian or Muslim or whatever). I'd highly advise against that.

That being said, it’s a real shame Bosnia abolished its multiple wives law. I know in Banja Luka where I met my wife, there is about 12 single girls for every single guy, so it might make a lot of sense to bring it back, at least for my generation. As long as the Bosnian government is truly multicultural and allows us Orthodox to also take multiple wives, I'd support them. Of course my wife isn't so excited about the idea, but I've informed her we're moving to the Gaza Strip if I can't push through these much needed reforms in Bosnia.

You know, your watch theory would certainly explain a lot of things in the world today, sorta scary to think about...

I suppose the Serb media during the Milosevic area was the only one to tell the truth about what was going on in Kosovo... Why is it that news you Serbs don't like are automatically lies... but what your own media feeds you is automatically true (such as the watch theft)?

BTW...I have to say I'm quite surprised at the extent of the ignorance the Serbs display when it comes to Albania, considering we're neighbors and all. I have met a few of you in airports too and it's the same story.

Muslim (Sunny)

No one knows what percentages each religious denomination has because no one has bothered to take a census on religion since the 1940-s.

Sure religion allows it, but how many Albanian men have you met with more than one wife....I haven't met any. We both know albanian women are waaay too jealous for that ;). Point is religion plays a very minor/nonexistent role in daily life and politics contrary to what is being claimed in some of the posts here.

They are, like most Serbian women, absolutely gorgeous. They tend to be very sweet and innocent. I’ve been together with my wife for over 4 years now, and our love grows everyday.
