Victor..
I find it interesting that you quote the Serbian Orthodox Patriarch when it fits your constant spewing of continued hatred and again, show your lack of objectivity. Patriarch Pavle also stated “Everyone is guilty. There are criminals on every side. God alone knows who has the greatest blame or who has committed the most sins. No one can justify his sins by saying someone else is guilty of a crime". Ironic that the "Three Stooges" Izetbegovic, Tudjman and Milosevic should all die before they answer for their crimes and ultimately leave this mess behind.

«Now this former minister denies most ( all? ) of the charges...»

All the Serb war criminals actually incarcerated at The Hague have pleaded not guilty, and have sworn to be innocent of all charges. They were innocent; others have committed the crimes they were accused of. Even Mitar Vasiljevic, accused of burning alive 131 woemen and children in visegrad, with his boss Milan Lukic, swore to the Court that he was not there, that he had a broken leg, and bla bla bla. The usual Serbian rhetoric as I read on this forum from Serbs like Ida, Milan, Zoran, Mathhew,, who live in complete denial of what happened in Serbia.

Princip,
Your attitude always amazes me. Instead of being happy that one of the people who allegedly did a lot of terrible things is caught and brought before justice, you go on an "I am right, you’re wrong – na nana na naa" juvenile rampage ( well, you are not right, since you do not have an argument to begin with ) that adds absolutely nothing to the discussion at hand. Furthermore, you are adding insult to injury to the poor families that lost their loves ones - way to be a model for reconciliation!

Mr. Davies,
You are right in that, the terrifying crimes allegedly committed by Vlastimir Đorđević, people shouldn't be jumping the gun. But you cannot help but wonder; for example - if you were indicted by a court on some charge, what would you do if you knew you were innocent? I bet any rational and semi-intelligent person would not flee to a different country, change their identity, among others - wouldn't you agree? Now this former minister denies most ( all? ) of the charges, which is fine. But wouldn't it be better for him if he did it through the proper channels; in other words, go to the court that indicted him as opposed to being on the run? Doesn’t help the credibility of his statements, wouldn’t you think so?

Wow Victor, are you actually praising the resolve of the Serbian government to cooperate with the Hague? I mean, every week! In a month, we’ll be done! Victor it’s so refreshing to see you actually support the good work of the Kostunica regime.

The message is clear, Serbia will respect the wishes of the EU if they respect our territory.

«You demonize an entire race even going as far as to judge their souls.»

Roger, I was quoting Patriarch Pavle: «The atrocities of the Serbs have tarnished the soul of the nation for generations.»

I simple have repeated what I think to be so true. And after, a few Serbs on this board are pointing towards the catholic religion for helping 'war criminals' to escape justice.

If Mladic and Karazzic is not a war criminals, then Himmler and Eichmann are not either. It is very disturbing to read what our serbian posters are writing on this forum.

"Make an effort and you will see that they are responsible for harboring and protecting war criminals and they did noy yet comply to the ICTY Prosecutor. For this, an international indictment should be edicted against them for 'harboring, protecting and defending' known war criminals."

Well the haven't been convicted yet so you cannot call them "war criminals". I suppose you could charge them with perverting or obstructing justice, but you would have to prove that they delibrately hiding these people.

Victor says..."It is because of Mladic and Kradzic that all Serbs are still demonized across the world. The deeds of a few are falling on all, even the good citizens of Serbia".
Enough, Victor! Your constant comments of collective guilt clearly show that you are unable to be objective therefore you are not credible. You demonize an entire race even going as far as to judge their souls. Your arrogance has no limits. I wish you would write in french so I would not be subjected to your constant rantings.

Philip, it is still a screen of smoke! MLADIC IS WANTED! And they catch small fish. It is Karadzic and Mladic who ordered all these atrocities. Dordevic in simple a poor innocent and obedient disciple with more spinal cord than Mladic who is still hiding as a rabbit.

It is because of Mladic and Kradzic that all Serbs are still demonized across the world. The deeds of a few are falling on all, even the good citizens of Serbia.

When are you going to understand this? I've been trying to explain this for years, and you refuse to comprehend, to see what is behind the huge screen of smoke sreated by Kostunica in 2000, after the assassination of PM Djindjic.

Make an effort and you will see that they are responsible for harboring and protecting war criminals and they did noy yet comply to the ICTY Prosecutor. For this, an international indictment should be edicted against them for 'harboring, protecting and defending' known war criminals.

I hope you get it clear this time. It is too bad I cannot express this in French!

Canadien what does an arrest of serb war criminal has to do with Kosova's Independence being dead, on contrary these things makes it even more stronger for Independence.

Another Serbian war criminal arrested! It's amazing! Every week, a Serb is arrested for alleged crime committed during the armed conflicts in Bosnia or Kosovo. Knowing that 1000s of civilians have been killed, we can pressume that 1000s or criminals are still in liberty. One day it will be their turn, even though if it is in 20 years from now.

"The Serbs are trying to show Miss Del Ponte that they are dedicated to their task: Mladic's arrest. But all this, according to me, is a huge screen of smoke!
(Victor, Saturday, 16 June, 2007, 11:52)"

When was someone so quickly proved wrong?

Also shows the Del Ponte's won't be able to persue a career in clairvoyance once her stint as a prosecutor is over.

Arrested in Montenegro !!! I thought the intelligence services of the West via Del Ponte stated that 4 out of 5 wanted were all in Serbia including Vlastimir Đorđević ?!?!?!
http://www.b92.net/eng/news/society-article.php?yyyy=2007&mm=06&dd=13&nav_category=113&nav_id=41783
- anyone wanting a laugh need only read the "comical ali" type of ranting by our very own resident "comic Victor" !

This arrest questions the validity of the so called "intelligence" that Del Ponte and others wave sticks at Serbia for. Seeing as Kaadazic is and always has been in Montenegro will the EU suggest the freezing of SAA for Montenegro until he is arrested? One wonders how reliable such "intelligence" actually is given that this arrest proves it was far from intelligent!!

Victor, Joe and all the rest of the Pro-Albanians.

Guess Serbia really is doing all it can to be a good world citizen while most Albanians HUFF and PUFF and threaten violence. By the way, have you all heard that independence is all but DEAD.

It will be very hard now to continue to demonize Serbia thus weaken Albania's cries for independence and portrayal as the single victim in past conflicts. Your mighty KLA leader is not having a good time in the Hague, by the time its all said and done with his trial he may very well get the just sentence of no less then 35 years. You can be sure that Carla is going to do all she can to make an example of him to show good faith in that the Hague is not one sided justice, like the Serb leadership has been complaining since 2001. I think that Ceku's days are numbered too, it will just be a matter of time before some one rats him out to Carla for a reduced sententce.
