Come on people. The population doesnt make the country.
Do you think US should give35% of Mexico to US? Or Germany and France to Turkish?
It doesnt work this way in real world. Well see!

"You saying that Vojvodina is 65% made up of serbs and thus should always belong to Serbia?"

Albeit you cannot deny the current demographics, do you remember all of the Donau-Swabian that originally lived in the Backa and Banat?

Seems to be historical pattern...Bosnia was just another example in the historical pattern.

You saying that Vojvodina is 65% made up of serbs and thus should always belong to Serbia? Then how can you argue that Kosovo with its 90% albanian population should stay with Serbia?

Serbs are adamant that the resolution of the Kosova's status will set a precedent. Than so be it! If Kosova becomes independent, so will Vojvodina, because of the precedence so loudly requested by the Serbs. And if the Serbs want to partition the northern Kosova, then the Hungarians have every right to partition 40% of the territory of Vojvodina and join Hungary. Like Putin said: one rule applies for all.

"how is it possible that out of the eight former Yugoslav federal units, there are only seven answers?"

As far as the "west" and their puppets like Canak is concerned there can be unlimited answers when it comes to the dismemberment of Serbia and the destruction of Serb communities in the Balkans. Vojvodina, Sanjak, Bosiligrad, Presevo, etc. Just let your mind run wild.

Over the course of the next few years Serbs might have to seriously consider migrating en masse to Russia for safety from anyone who wishes to claim territory.

I think its time to let people ov Vojvodina choose their path towards Independence from Serbia.
Serbia occupies it for a very long time therefore they should pack up and let these nice people (very civilized) go on their own way.
Vojvodina was an Autonomous Province until Mr. Milosevic stripped them out of their own freedom.
Vojvodina is a very rich land. If they secede from Serbia, the question is: Will Serbia be able to survive as a state?

Well why doesn't Čanak make a proposal for Vojvodina and fight the next Vojvodina election on that platform?

According to this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Politics_of_Vojvodina the only thing that needs deciding is the level of autonomy.

But wasn't this answered by the What about the Omnibus law and the new constitution of Serbia??

Rubbish! But I am not surprised that B92 is even giving this nonsense a voice.
Vojvodina is Serbia peroid. The empire is not done with the Serbs when they finish in the middle east they will come back to try to carve up Serbia.I guarantee the US state dept is funneling money to the Vojvodina Magyars.Unlike Kosovo-Metohija Vojvodina is majority Serb and was Yugoslavia's bread basket.

Canak,

Do everyone a favor and go to your beloved Hungary if you hate Serbia so much. What is it that you want? You live in a free country and all have equal rights. I am here in the United States and also live in a free country. The United States is not perfect, by far, but we all have to manage to get along. What you should be doing as a citizen of Serbia is trying to make this country better rather then trying so hard to make it worse. So please explain to a uneducated American what you really want. And for those who want to blame Serbia for everything, don't waste our time on this forum to sling trash. From what I have read on the history of this nation, I don't see why Vojvodina would ever have autonomy, it;s full of Serbs and is in Serbia.

What a baboon, It never had autonomy until SFRY came along and Tito decided to weaken Serbia. This guy is going to have a very short time in politics in Serbia rest assured.
