I don't think Serbs are genuine about collaborating with the Tribunal and handing over the war Criminals.

Today from 300 to 500 Kosovar Albanian civilian victims are expected to be found in the mass grave, Serbs never apologized and don't feel guilty at all for killing more than 300 000 civilians in Former Yugoslavia....Instead they hide criminals and treat them as heroes... And there is no possible way to dialog with them neither...13 months of Negotiations for Kosova failed to bring any result.... This reminds me one very true saying of an American Diplomat that Serbs understand only the language of force.... As it seems, there is no way that they will hand over Mladic without any kind of force put on them by International Community.

If Del Ponte is so sure that these fugitives are in Serbia why can't she tell the authorities where? The borders are quite fluid. If I was trying to avoid being caught and sent to the Hague I would hide in Washington, New York, London or Brussels!

and we all know why there is no dialogue - because the americans promised Kosovo independence, so what do the albanians have to negotitae about as far as they are concerned? they weren't willing to budge, hence the deadlock.

Kostunica is the one responsible for this mess in Serbia because of his 'close' ties with many former war criminals! Strange that Mrs Des Ponte does not know this!
