«After all, he thinks me and Mike are the radical Serbians »

I am not English, but I would have written Mike and I! Simple formule de politesse!

As for you Matthew, you try to look like a Lamb and in fact your are a wolf among the lambs! You should read in your Orthodox Book what Christ says exactly in this allegory!

In poor old Victor’s defense, I think what he’s been referring to all this time is this older statement by the same Mirko Djordjevic that I found on Balkan Update. I honestly don’t think he really understands everything he reads. He just knows it’s a lot of “bad stuff” and all those names did it, but its too hard to keep track of who did what or when or to what degree or to who or whatever. After all, he thinks me and Mike are the radical Serbians here, lol…

“"The silence of the Serbian Orthodox Church on the case of Father Gavrilo doesn't surprise me, there was a precedent in a similar incident in the recent past. You will remember Father Filaret who, in 1995, was photographed on a tank and, far from being reprimanded, he was promoted," said Djordjevic. It is worth noting also, that the Serbian Orthodox Church supported Milosevic's War in Kosovo[Kosova] as well. The head of the Serbian Church,Patriarch Pavle, praised Milosevic during the war as well as issuing statements in support of the Armies action in Kosova[Kosovo]. Beta and Kosovapress.”

I’m not so sure that Mirko is a fan of the Orthodox Church…

Try not to denigrate the power of your church over its people and how the world views your nation and the complicity of your state church with the likes of genocidal freaks, rapists, baby murderers and other such war criminals...

Good going Father, in fact, i think it's a sign of the demise of your nations connection to any form of civilized conduct in this world.

Father Gavrilo of Prvina's blessings to the Scorpion paramilitaries was done I am sure with the blessing of Mr Pavle.

The Serbian Orthodox Church supported Karadzic and his campaigns
during the 1992-95 Bosnian war. The Patriarh attended in 1995 a
nationalist gathering in Belgrade which criticized the Hague tribunal
as anti-Serb.

Western officials, including the U.S. architect of the Bosnian
peace agreement in 1995, Richard Holbrooke, have said that hard-liners
in the church have sheltered Karadzic.

"According to sociologist Mirko Đorđević, this is not the first time that the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) image has suffered setbacks, and reminds of the case of Father Gavrilo of Prvina, caught on camera giving blessings to the paramilitaries from the Scorpions unit, in a video that was aired globally"

You see Victor? NOT PAVLE! See my comment in the other article you wrote on today.

This sounds worringly simiar to those Al-qaeda videos where these terrosit are blessed before they blow up innocent civilians.

«...many fail to see that such processes damage not only the society but also the church.»

That's exactly what I have been writing on this forum for years. Many Serbs, by their radicalism, their intolerance, their lack of compassion for the Srebrenica victims, are damaging the image of Serbia and all Serbs worldwide.

Unfortunately, people like Matthew don't see this and they prefer to attack me and accuse me of hatred towards all Serbs, and be an obstacle between Croats, Serbs and Bosniaks in their search or reconciliation.
