If this makes sense and doesn't sound tacky, for Albanians who want to go 'digital' perhaps digital cable t.v. can be the answer and where you'll find that is in America & Canada .In America from I gather AT&T & Time Warner Cable specialize in digital cable but I can't describe their services because I don't reside in America but what I can tell you in Canada there's various brands of digital cable but the best appears to be Rogers Cable at least in the amount of channels it offers including 'major'Canadian networks from most provinces, some networks from interesting American cities such as Boston,New York,Chicago,Los Angeles and Seattle. But probably most interesting for you is that Rogers Cable carries a multi-cultural network called Omni1 which twice a week broadcasts a 30 minute Albanian specialty program. Therefore,in this case,Albanians who reside or are planning to immigrate or simply visit Canada or United States have come to the right place to meet their "digital needs" yet with regards to Rogers Cable you can only have access to it if you reside in the province of Ontario,New Brunswick or Newfoundland and finally I'm actually apologetic if my comments for this article sounds tacky but when it comes to Sali Berisha I ain't all that sorry for having certain reasons for being indifferent to him and if there people who're offended how I feel about him I don't care! And yet though I sometimes wish to visit Albania I have to bear in mind about possible limited freedom of speech in that country.
