Please stop being condescending, we are NOT yor Serbian friends. Keep your bitterness with your Albanian friends. If you took a better attitude, maybe some Serbians would try and see your views. But like I said, you are bitter.
And no, Russia has NOT reached a decision. The news stories just keep changing to suit their editors.
