Does anyone remember the interview Đinđić gave to the international media prior to President Milošević’s December 1996 speech in Belgrade? Do you recall the remarks Đinđić made regarding the view from his office towards the podium where the Republic’s president was to give a speech? Is there any wonder why Milošević’s supporters were armed? Did anyone notice the intellectual withdrawal from the Zajedno movement amongst the world?

If you do recall then you will also understand and accept the possibility that foreign dignitaries continued to arrive to Belgrade for symbolic security reasons.

The golden rule amongst many accepted world religions is “do onto others as you would want them to do onto you”. However the following exists amongst strong countries, “do onto those who attempted to do onto you/us”. With that said, we might understand why President Bush accepted rock-n-roll Prime Minister Tony Blair’s false intelligence on Iraq.

The 1996-1997 demonstrations were a massive learning experience for many; hence they called it a “protest”. How many people apologized for any of their wrongdoings rather than covering it up? Or, was the West’s newswire article false and paid for by Milošević and his regime? If so, why didn’t Đinđić refute the article? Your prosecutors would have the answer, right?
