Real problem for EU is always the same: US interferences, US bases, US NGO's, US military structures inside Europe. This is the real problem, EU is unable to control the "New European countries" like US is doing. US is a biggest problem to Europe because is threatening Russia and everybody knows it but everybody is afraid of what could happen if someone forget to use diplomacy. It's amazing that article just simply forget what is the real biggest problem for Czech President Vaclav Klaus!

The US - its people and their money - helped rebuild Europe in the 40s and 50s after Germany and Russia devastated it, and again from the 70s til today after the effects of Russia's frightful hold on Central and Eastern Europe.
