yeah ...did he forget that all the land where serbia resides was Albanian before we alowed your churches to be build there???? You're as a nation are stuck to your religion as a type of extremist, but you've got on your sight ...occopying lands. You presume that wherever you got religion that land must belong to you. There were no Albanians there when the churches were built. Serbs named Kosovo and all the towns. Before the Serbs there was no such place called "Kosovo".

The Serbs Medieval empire was based in Kosovo before the Ottoman Turk conquest and they didn't need any permission of Albanians who weren't even around - or at least not in any significant numbers.

The Albanians increased with the Turks.

I find it extremely disturbing that a religious group have to resort to building walls around their church for protection.

Not even the devoted men and women of God can live in peaceful sanctity with Albanians, how are ethnic Serbs in general supposed to?

What a shame that in Kosovo walls need to be built around beautiful churches and monasteries that are true works of art. NATO peacekeepers have to escort elderly Serb grandmothers so that they can go grocery shopping without getting killed. This just goes to show how much the US has lost its moral compass.

It should be noted that the conflict is not about building the wall, but rather building it on land that doesn't belong to them. They are fencing public land. Why do such things when you need local population's good will?

Over a hundred churches and monasteries have been blasted away by the local population which has cheered this and urinated on the destroyed monasteries in Prizen. There's a photo of Albanians doing this and taking pictures of themselves.

Also, broad autonomy does not make it your land. Gives you the right to govn' yourselves on OUR land.

Albanians should keep in mind, that they actually live in Serbia, it´s serbian territory, and broad autonomy will only mean that they will have the right to rule themselves but they will have to respect the law. and if some international organisation wants to supervise that autonomy, I won´t be against it, since it is the Albanians who are causing the trouble ( threat of violence, bomb attacks, kid-nappings as UNMIK certainly has the data ).

but think of it in another way...isn´t it a shame for the Albanians in KiM, that non-albanians have to build a wall to protect themselves?

How on earth a wall would protect the church and monks,noons and others ? during meadeviltimes these type of walls were usefull, but not in 21 century. If anybody wants to attack the church is so easy and the walls will not be able to deter attacks. This is pure propaganda and also to try and irritate K-Albanians to do something rational. If it was not for K-Albanians the monasteries/patriarch would not be standing today.

i am sure Ahmet if someone wanted to attack the church they could do it any way once the proposal there will be a certain amount of property that will be off limits to public improvements anyway that is not propoganda Ahmet. So once the plan is approved i don't recall how much land will be off limits around Churches and other Serbian historical areas. So if you want independence that bad then you will end up giving up property anyway sir not being biased but that is what is state in the UN appointed statesman's plan correct sir?
