Billy, why don't you quote the Vasa Qubrillovic's memorandum of 1937 and thatn Ivo Andric's programs and many other Serbian programmes and campaigns before and after the second WW to clean Kosovo from Albanians.

... they are 200 but represent the radical party which has the highest number of deputies in the Serbian parliament. Aren't their leaders with them them??
Serbs are far from reality.

“Viewed from abroad, the Radicals are the representatives of Serbia’s political elite,” Nikolić said.

200 radical demonstrating are already too much! And 'viewed from abroad', we all know that these 200 are barely the peak of the iceberg! How many voted for Nikolic abd his radical party? Well, these 200 certainly voted for Mr Nikolic, and are representative of what Nikolic thinks, and what Seselj thinks also... as it comes to Mladic!

Viewed from abroad, such deminstrations tarnished furthemore the image of Serbia and the good people.

Victor and Afrim -
200 people out of a city of 2 million. Not really examples of the majority of Serbians today who want Mladic put away.

Serbs have woken up and realize that you are just puppets for the radicals who are intent on destroying the country.

Adam

Afrim. You seem to jump on every opportunity to have a go at Serbs. 200 protestors do not stand for the majority of Serbs. This report even states that there was a counter-protest by the LDP Youth.

Bob

They should put up signs with his name on them, but with the word 'Wanted' above it.

However, I think it would be better for Serbia if he just gave himself up.

Notice how the article mentions who the Radicals supposedly 'target' in their ideology as a way to say only poor idiots support the Radicals and influence public opinion away from the Radical Party.

Very clever propoganda for including that in a poorly phrased way, and knowing many Radical Party supporters myself, I would say this stuff is way off base.

200 people hardly qualify for concern guys.

Dont take the extremist position that 200 protesters represent the view of all Serbians.
Clearly Mladic is a thorn in their side and the Serbian government would like to see him at the Hague.

«There's nothing shocking about public protests: it's done in democracies regularly all over the world»

Now for a war criminal like Mladic who in 3 days sent to their death 8000 boys and men in Srebrenica. Too bad you were not close: you would have certainly participated in the demonstrations!

«...and has been on the run for the past 14 years. »

Mladic has never been on the run. He had his apartment in the military barracks, had protection, and was regularly at the stadium attending differents sports...

I agree with Afrim Hoxha that Serbs in Serbia have been sleeping enough already, and should wake up to reality.

Serbs can't even agree with each other to name a street with a name so how can any of you expect that Kosova wants to stay under Serbia's Rule?
Also, Serbs want to name a street with the name of one of the most wantes criminals in Europe so how do you expect us to be under you and be isolated from the world?
Come on serbs, wake up, I think you have been sleeping enough already, wake up to reality.

Victor

Usually, in a nation, democratic or not, some of the people follows the leaders; and in Serbia many of the leaders are radicals who have supported Milosevic, who are supporting Seselj, who are protecting by all means Mladic, Karadzic and 100s of war criminals who are still leaving freely more than ten years after the war in Bosnia. This is highly incorrect and I understand well tha «the interests of the citizens are not served by Serbia’s deteriorating position in the international community.»
