Of course that the EU integration process of Serbia (but not only Serbia) is very much connected with the relations with the neigbours. Whatever Rehn sais to encourage Serbs to get into the right way this the answer is very simple. There will be such an impact on the EU integration proces not only now but also after Kosovo becames indipendent. You know that regional cooperation is one of the criteria fo the progress towards EU. So if serbs want EU have to learn behave like Europeans.
now that it is getting clearer and clearer that there can´t be an unlawful solution, ...is that a cheap try to start a blackmail-campaign? ...well, we will see.
but after all, it looks like those guys are running out of ideas...
my advise: just tell the Albanians to accept broad autonomy, and the problem is solved.

It is not a value at all to classify someone as a separatist only because of his aspiration to live in accordance with his/her view of existence.
