Under international law one is innocent until proven guilty.
under the UN war crimes tribunal in the Hague one's nationality seems to over-ride law.
Americans cannot even get there....."Montenegro pledges immunity to US citizens potentially sought by war crimes court".........
"Montenegro has agreed not to extradite any U.S. citizens to the International Criminal Court, the permanent war crimes tribunal shunned by Washington".
Reduction of three years in sentence of Vidoje Blagojevic is not enough.
This man has the right to re-trial when he has no confidence and no contact with his counsel Michael Karnavas.
In 1997 a former Rwandan Hutu mayor Paul Akayesu, who was being represented by Karnavas at the Rawanda tribunal in Tanzania, fired Michael Karnavas after complaining that he was not serving his interests.
Vidoje Blagojevic has the right to a re-trial.
