Just a quick clarification, Duka is Albania albanians surname. They where in US during the war in Kosovo and they declared themselves as Kosovo refugees.

When I heard the news I couldn't escape the fact that back in 1999-2000, my Serbian interpreter told me something that makes so much sense especially now. When I was getting an orientation in Kosovo, and when I tried to learn about Serbs and Albanians from them, Albanians always had the nastiest things to say about Serbs. On the other hand, when I asked my S. interpreter about Albanians, she said that I would learn on my own who we were protecting. She said that it should not surprise me if one day Americans are on the receiving end. You know what? She was right.
The time has come.
This makes me so angry. In any way I can, I'd be advocating against Kosovo's independence. Albanians can not be trusted. You help them and they stab you in the back.

Do you think that this will stop Indipe....
US citizens to tell you the truth fill much more safe in Kosovo than in US. And they know that we are in their side ..... We will stick with them.
Good Luck Serbia with radicals in paralment and goverment.

Most of them are not Albanians. One is a Turk. The other is Jordian. One is American.

The three Albanians are from Macedonia.

Anyhow judging and generalizing is like saying Timothy McVeigh and John Walker represent American people.

Certainly not!!

Albanians are peaceful people and are not radical Islamists. The same could be said for the Utah shooter. Plus, it's all the Serbs fault for making us angry at society and especially to the very people who fought on our side. I have never heard of any Serb committing Jihad in the US - but the Albanian and Bosnian Muslims sure have. This is terrible news for DioGuardio, Biden, Lantos, Wes Clark, Dick Holbrooke, and Madeleine...just think what their rhetoric must sound like on Capitol Hill now. Good luck with that independence thing now!

"the attack was stopped in the planning stages."
Anyone else find the timing of these arrests strange? If it were only in the planning stages, wouldn't it had made sense to wait until after the status situation in Albania is resolved? Is this possibly an indication that the far right Think Tanks like the Cato Institute are being given more credence by the Bush administration in dealing with the Kosovo issue? Only time will tell...

So according the reports I have read these are ethnic - Albanians. Very nice of these people to repay Americans after Soldiers like me put ourselves in harms way for supposed 'human rights abuses'.

Remember 4,000 of these 'victims' are at this camp just back in 1999, how short of a memory.

I have been at Ft. Dixx it is in my home State and fellow Soldiers of mine are stationed there, this is very serious.

I want to see how quick it takes for the media to cover this up because my government considers Albanians as our 'darling children of the balkans'

When will we as a nation wake up to our own policy errors?

as an american living in kosovo and an unwilling part of this agenda to grant kosovo independence, i'm appalled by the effort of the internatioanl press to conceal the identifty of these brothers by hiding behind the euphemism "former yugoslavia." the family name "Duka" tells me that they are from the so-called "dukagjeni" region of pec/ prizren, eastern kosovo, aka metohija. for years the offical line is that islamic cells do not operate in kosovo - just like they don't operate in bosnia or in novi pazar. to admit this would be to admit that the US agenda is fundamentally flawed, that the pro- albanian lobby is NOT anti-Christian, or terrorist in its orginins and nature. i'm quite sure that investigations will bare out that these Duka brothers were granted refuge in New Jersey and then used thier exposure to the US base to garner intelligence to set up this strike. let this be a TELLING lesson to the US to the EU to NATO, that our earswhile "allies" in the Balkans will one day, apparently sooner than later, use their terrorism against their benefactors, a la bin laden, whose aspirations we blindly supported for so long.

I wonder why most of the Western News Media are not telling us that these terrorists are ethnic Albanians from Kosovo?
Is this what the West calls freedom of the press?
How do you think Western media would write this if Serbs were involved instead?

As an American I do not wanna hear the term EX-YUGO citizen considering the country has not existed for a long time now.Tell me if they are Bosnian Muslims or Serbian Muslims or Albanian Muslims so I can get an idea of which groups wanna come to my country and abuse our generosity.

Apparantly only 4 are from Kosovo & Metohija while the other 2 are from Jordan & Turkey;
http://abclocal.go.com/wpvi/story?section=local&id=5283747

"The associated press is reporting FBI complaints list the suspects accused in plotting to shoot soldiers at Fort Dix as: Mohamad Ibrahim Shnewer, Dritan Duka, Eljvir Duka, Shain Duka, Serdar Tatar and Agron Abdullahu."
- clearly some of the ethnic-Albanians who have settled in the US have a very perverse way of repaying the Americans for bombing Serbia and providing them with asylum!!!

I guess the US will be trying to cover this up before it becomes common knowledge and undermines the folly of rewarding violence with the dismberment of Serbia!

Why do they keep saying ex-yugo can't they say from WHERE they are from? Perhaps Bosnia? Or could it be Kosovo? Wouldn't help in public opinion on what America did for them would it? Wow, and they just said Serbia was doing bad at journalism. What kind of censureship is this?
