The European Union and NATO are working behind the scenes to calm the crisis between Estonia and Russia.

Estonia is in the sphere of Russian influence, therefore the EU and especially NATO has no business meddling in. It is this encroachment into Russia's domain that is causing the tensions & may lead to who knows what in the future. Estonia has a 33% Russian minority that desires closer ties to Russia. They may even use the KOSOVO precedent to break away and join with Russia. I would think twice about poking at a BEAR!
