Serbia, EU talks at standstill

oh boy, what a pitty! maybe that is explaining my bad sleep the last cuple of days. or was it the intestinal complaint? one of both was it for sure!

Bosnia and Serbia will just be within EU if the first abolish Republika Srpska and the second recognizes the independence of Kosovo. There’s no other way.

Serbia should follow the Swiss model of economic development if the EU insists on tying the political issues(indictees and Kosovo)with economics.The EU works great as a free trade/economic zone but it has a long way to go before it can develop into a unified political entity with one voice on complex political issues.

There are too many conditions on Serbia from the EU for Serbia ever to be a member. They are investing everything in Kosovo and plan to leave Serbia out of Europe.

The Republika Srpksa is an internationally recognized entity under the dayton accords, if you people wish to revert to the state that was prior to Dayton the best of luck.

If ethnic - Albanians in Serbia (Kosovo) have the right to self determination then that right should also apply to Serbs living in BiH.

No mention of that "Bad Gorilla" by any EU official, and don't expect that to happen.

Bad Gorilla do you even know what the word Serb means? There is no way Serbia should join the EU RS will never be abolished peacefully and Kosovo does not deserve "independance" Serbia is economically weak if it joined the EU the people would not benefit.It would mean German domination.What they could not get from us in two wars they would get by peace no way.The EU is really an economic agreament between Germany and France to stop the hundreds of years of war.Serbia should try to follow a political and economic system like Iceland.We Serbs take pride in never having a king with German blood (if you don't know what I mean study West european history and the decline of Roman empire) and we take pride in our culture and freedom.The EU wil grow to have a Berlin centered nucleaus and the furthur east you go the worse the economic system will become eastern Europe will be the source of raw material with the redistribution of resources and profit ending up in Western Europe.Serbia should oppose EU membership we know our place and it does lay in Europe to an extent but we will end up the losers in this integration game.At this point we would be beggers in the New world Order Europe let us build our shattered economy and down the line have leverage with a Europe that will want us more or as much as we think we want them.
