Russia and Serbia are Orthodox. Russia needs access to warm water ports... they can get those through Serbia. I'd be vary of the Russians' true intentions. They are far away and in case of any Serb nationalist ressurection the US and NATO will react unfavorably again. It is not fair that Naser Oric got off that easily I agree. A war crime is a war crime no matter who committed it. But why is that Serbs always complain about that but they don't think Mladic and Karadzic should be brought to justice. A flawed court doesn't mean they are innocent. I'm sorry but you are delussional if you think that what they did should not be punished.

Russia is again leading the way towards true justice! Clearly the court has been one-sided & has been used as a political tool by some western countries (I need not mention which countries). Russia has got it's groove back!

THE ICTY is nothing more than a Kangaroo court. Slobodan Milosevic in death showed the court to be politically motivated. Even in Abentia, they cannot convict him.

The ICTY has completely failed the victims of the breakup of Yugoslavia. Through incompetence and bias it has failed to shine a light on the true events and left the families of many thousands of victims without answers or justice.

The only thing it has accomplished is to line the pockets of secondrate lawyers and judges. Sorry boys this gravy train is coming to an end.

a very sad thing, we should & could have stopped the show-/pseudo-tribunal years ago.

it´s a question for tadic why they didn´t stop it and kidnapped serbian citizens & veterans without reason!

The UN's so-called tribunal failed to indict Franjo Tudjman and Alija Izetbegovic when they were alive, they virtually let off Nasir Oric, they u-turned over the idea of investigating Gen.Wesley Clark because of political pressure. How much criticism will Russia get for pointing out the obvious, that the court is a political football?
