Incase you people didn't know, deals with Serbia have always been made. Richard Holbrooke made a deal to keep away Karadzic and Mladic after the war. Del Ponte is just another pawn in the world's successful game of chess against Bosnia.

I am sure that Mrs Del Ponte, as Mrs Louise Arbour, from Canada, is on the victims' side; not with the butchers. I do not believe in such a deal.

I don't believe that Del Ponte ever made such a deal. Regardless of which Geoffrey Nice should not be talking about judicial matters in the press unless officially sanctioned to do so.

I think that the prospects of Carla Del Ponte making a deal with Serbia not likely. If it had been anyone else that America likes then she would not even pursue the matter regardless of how guilty they were.

Milosevic's prosecutor is saying this because he knows that the ICJ's ruling shows that Milosevic did not commit genocide as the prosecutor was fond of saying. I am not saying that Milosevic did nothing wrong, but the ICJ has cleared him of charge of genocide.

If the ICJ did not have all the documents officially, you can be sure that Carla Del Ponte and many others would have made it available unoficially. The ICJ have been keeping quite on this, and they should comment unless of course they are under political pressure to keep quite. Why is it that the ICJ have not be contacted in writing and asked to give a written reply? If the ICJ did not have all the documents, then why did they make a ruling, and why did they not request it in writing? It appears at least to me that Sir Geoffrey Nice is being casual with the facts and it is a NICE TRY, but I want some evidence from the ICJ. I think that this is just a continuation of a campaign of lies against Serbia, and the entire civilised world should not be surprised if this smear campaign continues, especially now because of Kosovo. The matter with the journalists is I believe just part of a greater campaign to make it look like Serbia is undemocratic, when all reasonable people know that Serbia is democratic.
