Investigation launched against KLA members

The Prosecution opened an investigation of three former KLA members for allegedly killing a policeman in Kosovo 1998.

Even though am a supporter of prosecuting all war criminals, I think that this is not a Court of Competent Jurisdiction for this specific case or any other case which involves Kosovo citizens. Kosovo has it's own courts, with independent national and international judges and prosecuters, which have the courage to issue arrest orders for President's advisors, Chief of Prime Minister's Office, etc etc. By the way, I think that one of these persons is already in prison here in Kosovo, and this Court is aware of that, but what can we do when politics influence the Justice.
