The Vatican ambassador to Israel threatened on Thursday to boycott a Holocaust memorial ceremony next week.

The Vatican is the defendant in the last major World War Two restitution lawsuit - Alperin v. Vatican Bank - a lawsuit in which SERBS are the majority of the victims. I say let the Vatican apologize for Jasenovac and make peace with 500,000 dead Serbs.

It seems the Vatican suffers from the same issues many accuse the Serbs of suffering from.
I would like to add the Pope's blessing of the mass forced conversions of the Serbs in WWII amounts to an approval of genocide. The full role the Vatican played in Croatia has yet to see the light of day. The Vatican's achieves MUST be opened and available to scrutiny.

The boycotting by the Vatican of the Holocaust Memorial should come as no surpise. The Vatican helped funnel Nazi and Croatian Ustasha war criminals through Croatian Father Dragonovic and other Franciscan Monks through the infamous Ratlines to Brazil, Argentina and other countries in 1944-1945.

Notorious Nazi killers such as Ante Pavelic, Andrija Artukovic (The Real Butcher of the Balkans) , Josip Mengele, Klaus Barbie, and other's were helped by the Vatican and the Croatian Franciscan Order.
It should also be no surprise that Croatian Archbiship Stepinac did nothing or say nothing to stop the Holocaust predominantly perportrated against the Serbs but also the Jews, Gypsies, Roma's and Croat where 750,000 were killed in the most brutal manner between 1941-1945.
The Croatian Fascist leader Ante Pavelic himself used the Ratlines and escaped to Brazil, was injured by a failed assasination attempt and later died in Spain.
Arch-Bishop Stepinac got a slap on the wrist by the Communist Dictator Josip Broz Tito for prison time, but was released. He was later Beautified by the Vatican Church.
