Kapetan Dragan and his unit participated in 1992 in the execution of prisoners of war (ordinary civilians) in Visegrad. Why did je leave Australia for in a boat to s ail towards Europe, according to you? To have a cup a ta with the Muslims? Come on!

Zlatko,

Name me one Serb accused of war crimes who was declared not guilty? I understand the principle of law «innocent until proven guilty» and let me tell you that this principle does not apply to your war heo Mladic.

Victor, you seem to not have a grasp of the term "innocent until proven guilty".

And im not even a Vasiljkovic supporter, i dont care. But i DO care when people assume.

Victor, Dragan has been cleared of any wrong doing by the Hague.

Does Serbia then have the right to seek Nasir Oric extradition to Serbia, so he can face trials there?

Captain Dragan knew that there was no treaty with Australia and he thought that he would safe for ever even after killing civilians in Croatia. War criminels should know that they are«unsafe no matter the country they choose to hide.
