Only 12 years after the Dayton accords, which asked for foreign fighters to be removed from Bosnia and only now is something being done! Why should it be a surprise to anyone if Taleban jihadists have Bosnian passports if Osama Bin Laden was given one in 1995 for his 'services'? I'm surprised that Bill Clinton didn't get one also.
