Haradinaj: Leader, criminal, or both

Generally speaking, justice works on the presumption of innocence until guilt is proven. Surely then the powers that be would see that Haradinaj should face trial - unless they know, of course, that he is actually guilty of the many crimes he has been accused of.

Hopefully, there is an International Court to Judge whether He was a criminal or not. That he was a leader, everybody knows. Furthermore, He is still our leader. Although I am sad that this Internatioal Court did not judge the case of Srebrenica as it should have been judged, and make Serbia guilty for what it made in BiH.

Haradinaj is a totally evil war criminal who dedicated part of his life to killing Serbs and opponents of his.

Haradinaj maybe guilty. but what can serbs say for 15 000 albanians klilled from them? do they feel guilty??

At the end of his trial, the judges will declare if he is a criminal or not, just as they did with Oric.

They will have all the elements to pronounce themselves on the accusation. None of us have the ability to sentence Haradinaj!

15,000 ALbanians killed ???? Where do you people get your numbers from??? The number was around 3,000 people form both sides!!! Read the NATO report which came out in December of 2006. Also, the events that led to Srebrenica do not excuse another criminal of having an easier trial. Finally, the whole reason that 1999 Kosovo events took place was because criminals like Haradinaj and his KLA counterparts started violence against Serbs. Now people on this post claim that Albanians are innocent. The Serb army did not go into Kosovo without a reason. Crimes were committed before Serbian forces came in.

What about those 200 000 Tamils that Albanians have killed in Kosovo? Don't you feel guilty?

That serbs have don crimes, dose not need a comment, the pity here is that many of serbs do not whant to exept that. Thay still think all word is against them??!!!!
Whay Radko Mladic and others are not in Hague?? because we still have a goverment that protects crime. I fill sorry for serbs.

The Serbs always play the same game: we did not kill 200 000 Muslims, only 100 000; we did not kill 10 000 Albanians, and if they army was sent to Kosovo, it's their fault; for what they were doing towards Serbs; and if the army killed 3000, it's their fault. It's their fault that soldiers went in Cuska, in May 1999, herded 43 men and killed them; took the women and the young girs and rape them! What kind of objectivity is this? These people were ordinary civilians, just like ordinary Serb civilians... Why do that to innocent people?
