Self-Determination demands referendum

this "this self determination" advocate wants a referendum. O.K. lets have one then. Considering the FACT that under international law Kosovo and Metohija is an integeral part of Serbia, i think all Serbians should be a part of this referendum. In which case the albanians in serbia will loose. They must understand they are a national minority in Serbia not a Majority in KosMet! Thier interest will be met through dialogue, as long as they respect the integrity of the country (Serbia) they reside in.
Let's face the facts what "self-determination" really wants is an ethnically pure KosMet! This Fact rings loud and clear by the violent means they take over thier stupid belief that under the proposal Serbs get too much. They should forget about this "proposal". It's going to be in the garbage can very soon. If they are ready for real negotians then thier will be a just solution. If they are ready to attack Serbs again as well as the internationals ....Serbia has an illalianable right to defend her dignity! Sloboda Ili Smrt! The attack on Decani is further proof of thier evil plot! Unfortunatly The U.S. of A doesent want to admoit they were and are wrong by leading N.A.T.O. to launch one of histories most sinister attacks on Serbia that defies all norms of protocol and international laws. Guess what as much as the U.S. wants to believe they (or we I could say) are not the only voice in the world. Thank God for Russia and other sensible and trully law abiding democracies that will with out a doubt call for standards before status and a real dialogue that is satisfactory to all peoples involve and not to those who wish to move forward with thier sinister, and illegal wish to forge a second albanian nation. A nation that will surely not stop with just KosMet but choose to terrorize neighboring Montenegro, Serbia and Macedonia untill it reaches it's ultimate goal of Greater albania. @Lincoln, if I remember correctly Serbia already had a referendum about this issue. Actually it was about accepting the new constitution. But Kosovo's status was strongly marked as belonging to Serbia in the constitution, which in practice means the referendum was about Kosovo.

But of course we can have yet another referendum only about the Kosovo status. I am certain that the majority of people of Serbia and Kosmet will vote for autonomy (ie against independence).

Self-determination right is holy. If it wasn't for it we would still have Austria-Hungary existing. Self-determination of the Austria-Hungary-based Vojvodina Serbs is as right as the self-determination of the Kosovo Albanians.

The referendum on the constitution clarified one thing: Serbia doesn't see Albanians as its citizens, so I do not understand your points. Are you people delusional? Really.

So have a referendum and have everyone in Serbia vote and see what is the outcome. Then everyone will complain that there was irregularities and call for recounts and draw this out. It would be a big waste of time.

I cannot believe that the west is wasting so much, time, energy and money on the kosovo issue. It's not 1999 anymore, admit you have more pressing issues now and move on. Give the K-Albanians autonomy, let them rule themselves. Who cares anymore? Enough already!!!
