Serbs in Kosovo are citizens of Serbia and will always be citizens of Serbia. They look to Belgrade because that is Serbias capital. Where else are Serbian citizens supposed to look?

Jovan, I don't understand what do you really mean- i.e. trying to say, but Mr. Lavrov does not decide when will Kosova's furutre be discused in UN SC, as far I am aware. However, would that be early April or early June, does not really matter. We have been patient for over 80 years, and its not a big deal if we wait few months more, in order to respect the UN SC and its members, otherwise we will proclaim the independence anyway.
So, the best, now, is to advice the Kosova's Serb minority to join the legal institutions, and proceed with the normal life anywhere in Kosova, because as long the belgrade politicians advocates ultra nationalist politics towards Kosova and its people, minority serb community will never feel free in Kosova.

well, according to the site of the russian ministry of foreign affairs, where Mr.Lavrov made it very clear, and anybody is free to check it himself, I don´t really know what purpose it serves for B92 to bring always the same "news"...

to be honest, there seems to be a lot to do for B92 to reach western european standards...better don´t write anything , instead of creating the impression of not having acces to information sources.
