They will also need to overcome the objections made by Slovakia, Indonesia, Ghana, Congo, S. Africa, Qatar, Panama, Peru and even some unease felt by the Italians!
I think the US need to take note of a very apt adage - “Oh what a tangled web we weave, When first we practice to deceive” - Sir Walter Scott

- I doubt Rusiia & China's veto won't be required but what then? It is also becoming more obvious that even the US would not recognise and ILLEGAL unilateral declaration - remeber if this was possible then it would have been done by now.
