The UN Security Council voted unanimously Saturday to stricter sanction Iran for defying demands to halt nuclear activities.

The US wanted to include in the earlier and current resolutions a military clause against Iran. But this was firmly rejected by Moscow and Beijing. The US cowboys deprived of their smokin' guns again!
That said, the Iranians were not very smart recently to defer payment to the Russians for their nuclear material.
