The EU just signed SAA with Montenegro and Del Ponte is very silent and would be only too aware that Karadzic is in Montemegro so what is her beef? Clearly the EU are that bothered anymore and probably can't wait for her just go!
The EU is insisting that Bosnia should not keep it's International Treaty Obligations, namely the Dayton Peace Accords. The EU say that until they think that that Bosnia is cooperation with the Hague, then there will not be a SAA agreement, so why should Bosnia ignore it's International Treaties until the EU thinks that Bosnia is cooperating with the Hague.
If the EU are really committed to finding Karadzic and Mladic, then they should fund a Summit Conference of the world's best Detectives to prove that Serbia is doing it's utmost to cooperate with the Hague. These Detectives would be be those best qualified to give advice on how to capture Karadzic and Mladic if it is at al possible.
