Four bodies found on farm in Croatia

I would think they'd have died in 1991 during the war before or during the "fall" of Vukovar.

The Croats had large numbers of fighting men, in and around Vukovar - plus plenty of mercenaries.

Hopefully there will be identifications within reasonable time which will help give a better time frame when they were killed.

The Croatian government doesn't want to pursue the case because the victims were Serbs. If they were Croatian soldiers the story would be different.

HRT news says that 2 are believed to be civilians and 2 paramilitary.

Autopsies Conducted on Bodies Discovered near Vinkovci

A post-mortem has been conducted at the Vukovar hospital on four bodies found near Vinkovci at the Sopot farm. It was found the four were killed execution style by shots fired at their heads point blanc. It seems they are two Serb paramilitaries and two civilians.

I am quite sure that bodies of soldiers or innocent civilians will be found now and then in the years to come. What the Serbs have accomplished in Croatia and Bosnia between 1991 and 1995 is an orgy of killings!
