Either the KPS has just discovered a pair of cojones or this is an attempt by Kosovo to prove that the rule of law exists in the province ahead of the UNSC discussion on staus. Which ever reason, it is to little to late to fool many people about the ability of the KPS to effectively police the province.

KPS is a new born police force with limited power and low finances. They are doing a good job, as good as it can be expected.

UK and other European countries have had their police force for centuries and they still can't stop organised crime and trafficing.
