Tadić rejects so-called sixth principle

I have heard the Serbia does not have Parliamentary Committees, and if this is true then, perhaps the seventh principle should be to have Parliamentary Committees like they do in the more advanced democracies.

The Committees do assist Parliament in many ways, and those MPs who are not Ministers and have more time available should be the ones that participate in the Committees most of the times. This helps the Parliament by enabling it to consider things carefullly before making a decision. The Government could write to those democratic countries that have a long history of Parliament Committees to learn from them.
