KLA commander sentenced to 12 years for terrorism

A Priština court has sentenced former KLA commander Xhavit Morina to 12 years in jail on terrorism charges.

It is possible that this is all genuine, and it is possible that this is just a stunt. He could be getting weekend passes if he spends anytime in jail, maybe a fews hours a day.

I think that in a province where the official line is give us what we want or we will resort to terrorism, it might have to be a stunt for everyone's safety there.

He could one day even become Prime Minister because no one would doubt that he was a terrorist. He may even be planning his trips to the White House and 10 Downing Street with the red carpet treatment, where he may even go on a lecture tour to teach people the principles of democracy and the Rule of Law because he propably knows these principles better than the Americans ever will.

it´s interesting, that the Albanians didn´t offer the extradition of a criminal... it seems like they are not that eager to punish criminals, but rather to protect them.

it would be interesting to follow that case, just in order to see for how long this thug will really be behind bars...
