The TOP priority should be to completely halt the trafficing of human beings.There is no issue more crucial than this and I urge the death penalty for any person who forcefully enslaves another human being against their free will.

Perhaps they will come to agreement to start by each keeping their own houses in order (firing officers who are corrupt). Otherwise, they are all indirectly agreeing to look the other way.
