The DS and the DSS will need another coalition partner to gain a majority in Parliament. The Ethnic Minority Parties should be invited to join the Government if they want it. They should all be all offered the position of Assistant Minister if they want it.
The offer of Assistant Minister is because they have not had any experience in Government, and it would not be fair on them or the nation to give them the position of Minister to start with because they need to first learn how Government works. In time some but not all could be given Ministries, even though the offer of Assistant Minister should always be there for all of them.
The other Parliamentary groups do not all get to be Ministers and neither should any other group all get to be Ministers. Discretion should be shown as to which Ministries and Assistant Ministries are offered, because there could be some conflicts of loyalty, judging from someone's previous attitude and statements.
It appears that the current Prime Minister will continue in his position, and so the Caretaker Government will be essentially the same as the next Government. Therefore, there is no need for any impatience from the public. The Parties should use all the time they think is necessary to reach a negotiated coalition agreement for stable Government.
This is why the EU does not need to wait to begin negotiations with the new Government on the SAA agreement, because what we already have is basically the new Government that is for Europe.
Yes, Serbia has done it's utmost to show it's commitment and cooperation toward Europe, and now it really is time for Europe to show it's committment to Serbia by commencing SAA talks.
