The EU has nothing to offer Serbia apart from empty words and what it does offer in return for Serbia 'giving up Kosovo voluntarily' is pitiful, i.e. long winded EU talks with the usual provisos, last minute changes and special characteristics...
The EU has really pushed itself into a corner. The longer it punishes Serbia, the long the Balkans remains unstable and punishes everyone.
