He is right in saying that the ICJ is political to some extent. At the same time he is political so why should everything he says be believed!

If the ICJ is political, then the Hague has to be even more political. The ICJ correctly established that Serbia is not responsible for genocide, but the ICJ was politcally pressured into saying the rest.

The ICJ can not prove beyond all reasonable doubts that Serbia could have prevented what happened at Srebrenica, and they can not prove beyond all reasonable doubts that Serbia is not doing it's utmost to fulfil it's International obligations. There are a few countries that are definitely not fulfilling their International obligations because they treat the UN Charter like toilet paper.

Was this man in the court? did he hear the court proceedings take place? As far as I see this is only one man and he has every right to express his opinion...thats freedom of speech for those who don't know...you know as (SHOCKING) as it might be Serbia made the stronger, case so live with it...

Really who nikshala? Can't be Serbia since the court ruled 13-2 on that... ;)

Nikshala - there was no genocide in Bosnia. Genocide is what happened in Krajina when 600 years of history was wiped out with the help of the US and the west. Genocide is what is slowly happening in Kosovo as the Albanians slowly try to wipe the Serbs off the map there. I don't think you, or the ICJ, have a clue what genocide is.

Exactly. The decision not to hold Serbia directly responisble for genocide, was political.

The decision is to soften the blow to Serbia for the loss of Kosovo, and not to boost the radicals. if the decision held Serbia accountable then the radicals would have said how the west is against and unfair towards the serbs, and they should look towards Russia and not Europe. This decision is aimed to bring Serbia closer to Europe and boost the democrats.

We all know who was responsible for genocide in Bosnia.

When Kostunica said the UN tribunals are biased and politically motivated, he is dismissed. Now Busek is saying the same thing. Looks like Kostunica and the anti-Hague people were right all along. The UN tribunals are political witchhunts without an ounce of justice in them.
