Would be much better for Del Ponte when she would not have to go around as hungry hunter in a jungle, like she is doing with some another defendants. It is easy to talk about tiger in cage. And, I like brave decision of Haradinaj. It needs courage and virtue to answer posivitely to a Hague count. Arlinda shouldn't worry about funds for his defence. Everything is not on money. Mladic, Karadzic and their friends are not in a Hague not because they don't have funds, but because they don't have enough courage to face with their beast behaviors.
Stevo, please be able to make some comparisons between attacker and defender... It is not only about what you did but under which circumstances you did...

Well, Art the only reason Mladl-old boy is NOT at the Hague is because the WEST/EU/UN has not figured out how to catch somebody who is hiding in a country where they have no power; a place that IS NOT ON THE EUROPEAN or North American continents!

Just like Osama Bin Laden, the Bosnian Serbian general has friends in the PLACES he hides and they will never turn him in.
So, if you have enough fiends in out of the way places, YOU can hide for a long, long time, apparently.
This Albanian guy at the Hague, well he thought he was free and clear and the EU/WEST/UN would never DARE to bust him and put him on trial.
Hmm, he guessed wrongO!!

As an Albanian, I agree that Rramush Haradinaj and his friends should get life in prison, if found guilty. But If not, please Mrs. Del Ponte let him go home. Kosova needs him.
At least they were brave enough to make themselves available to the justice. Unlike some Serb cowards that are still hiding.

A criminal by any other name is still a criminal.Any individual who committed crimes against another human being should face justice regardless of what language he speaks or what group he belongs to.Do not make excuses-Do not justify-Do not condone killers in our midst.

Art, for the past seven years, Kosovo has been on a fast track for EU- and US-backed independence despite an atrocious human rights record and unresolved issues concerning KLA leadership and war crimes. Today it stands on the brink of that independence. Serbia is being held at arm's length from greater integration because of Mladic's status (as well as the perception that is is not being a cooperative negotiating partner on Kosovo). So yes, there is a double standard. You're deliberately confusing matters.

The West is holding him in jail at the Hague and probably has enough evidence to "hang him", IF they wanted to do so.
However, I believe they simply want to make an example of him to show how so-called "fair" they are to the non-Albanians in Kosovo.
He will be convicted of a few of the crimes but his co-defendants will most likely get blamed for the lion's share of the evil deeds.
He will get a year or two and the others his group, will rot in jail for ten years OR so.
OR, until the world isn't looking at them anymore.

The West and the money-behind-the court at the Hague, the radical Islamics in Saudi Arabia do not care about non-Albanians. And they really do not care if the KLA murdered any non-muslims.

RE: KLA/UCK

That should tell most that the KLA/UCK extremists are running the country, not the Albanian moderated who routinely are threatened for any dissenting voices. Agim Ceku is nothing less than paid mercenary and terrorist and is still bankrolled by the US.

Mr. Rramush better not be lying because people paid $10 million for his defence in the trial, and because he is humiliating Albanians worldwide.

Dear Ramush needed the time to murder or intimidate anyone who might be called as a witness. This indictment has been a farce so far and I haven't got any serious hopes for the trial either.

The UN has really dragged its feet in getting the Haradinaj trial underway. If Haradinaj was a Serb, he would have been in the luxury 'hotel' at the Hague a long time ago!
